Hello, currently quite a few players are experiencing lag/teleporting issues. Chunks being missing and quite a few other oddities. Well here is the deal; I can do a map reset if enough people vote on it.
I will give it till Friday March 4th.
By then I will decide if no one has voted~
I want everyone to be able to play; and that may come at a higher price to other players than I want it too..

If it does reset will we be doing the keep stuff in inventory thing again?

Not entirely sure. I may copy player data regardless.
But even for those that miss the chance I will hand out emeralds.

We should start a cycle like 3 months or something.

Well with the new hosting company I don't foresee many map related stress issues. I mean I left the thing running for 24hrs and it had 6 maps loaded. Not even below 18tps.
But again I still want to do like a 4 month full reset. Just to give that rush of competition to new players!

i would like to have a map change it will be fun however i would like to be able to keep my inventory and a new seed would be nice however it is up to the players

It might help to start clearing the items off the ground.

I don't think that it would be good, because a lot of us have put a lot of time into our bases and really like them, but i think maybe making a separate world to make another base on would be sweet

Items on the ground go away after 4 minutes. That is not the reason I am considering a map reset. There is issues in terms of Chunks not loading/corrupt and people unable to get to there bases because of errors in the map file.
I understand that people have spent quite a bit of time with there bases and would hate to lose stuff; but I have to also consider all the other players who are unable to play due to the issues we are currently experiencing with the map file.
So on Friday, if the votes tally to Yes then I will do what must be done. If its no; what will happen is people with errors/chunk issues at certain coordinates will have those regions reset.
So keep voting; let others know.

I would like a map reset. however currently I can't do anything because i am stuck in a non loading section of the map, so i would lose everything. I can't get back to my base to save anything.
